摘　　要：鹿产品是名贵中药材,亦可作为保健品,价格昂贵。目前市场上出现了许多杂交鹿的产品,还有其他以次充好、以假乱真的现象,不仅严重扰乱了市场秩序,侵犯了消费者的权益,同时也阻碍了中国鹿业的健康发展,因此鹿产品的鉴别变得非常重要。从历年来有关鹿产品鉴别的报道来看,现有的鉴别方法大致可分为性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别和分子鉴别4种。本文对相关的报道作了汇总,为后续鹿产品鉴别的研究提供参考。Deer products are precious Chinese medicinal materials.They are expensive and can be used as health care products.At present,many hybrid deer products appeared on the market and the phenomenon of shoddy is becoming worse and worse.Not only the market order is disrupted seriously,the rights and interests of consumers are violated,the healthy development of Chinese deer industry is hindered at the same time.So the identification of deer products is getting more and more vital.According to the reports on the identification of deer products over the years,the existing identification methods can be roughly divided into four types:morphological identification,microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification,and molecular identification.Reports related to deer product identification were summaried in this paper to provide a reference for the further study on identification of deer products.
