本土管理理论探索10年征程评述——来自《管理学报》2008～2018年438篇论文的文本分析

摘　　要：近些年来,组织管理学界开始加深对理论与实践关系的反思,并在本土管理理论的探索之路上取得了初步成效。为更全面展现现有探索的面貌,回顾并评述了管理学在中国的10年探索之路。以2008年2期至2018年2期共计438篇发表于《管理学报》"管理学在中国"和"争鸣与反思"的论文为数据来源,通过文本分析,识别了这些探索取得的具体成果。在理论构建与服务实践的统一框架下,将其整合为12类主题,并分析评述其现状、意义与不足。结合学界在实践根基、批评泛滥、自圆其说、忽视个体等方面的具体不足,给出了具体建议。Recently,organization and management scholars started to reflex more on the relationship between management theory and practice,and they have accomplished preliminary success in this exploration road.In order to show the full picture of this exploration,the current study reviews and comments on this ten-year glorious exploration.Based on the content analysis from 438 papers published in the columns of"management in China"and"reflections"of Chinese Journal of Management between 2008 and 2018,the current study identifies these outcomes.Under the integrated framework of theory building and practice service,they are summarized into 12 categories.Furthermore,the current state,meanings,and shortcomings of these explorations are reviewed.In the end,some suggestions for future research are put forward in this line of research.
