摘　　要：对于杜邦工艺,终聚釜机械密封的可靠性是终聚釜的稳定、可靠运行的关键。本文通过对3起终聚釜鼠笼搅拌器机械密封故障分析,从机械密封的装配及装机、稳定工艺操作、冲洗冷却控制、加强操作维护等方面采取一些预防措施,提高了机械密封稳定运转的可靠性。For DuPont process,the reliability of the mechanical seal of the final polycondensation reactor is the key to the stable and reliable operation of the final polycondensation reactor.Based on the analysis of three failures of mechanical seal of squirrel cage agitator in final polycondensation reactor,some preventive measures are taken in the aspects of the assembling and installing of mechanical seal,stabilizing the process operation,flushing cooling control,strengthening the operation and maintenance etc.The reliability of mechanical seal stable operation is improved.
