摘　　要：狱内侦查工作面临诸多挑战,突出的问题是狱内侦查权的界定不明晰、缺乏科学高效的情报信息网络,组织架构不健全、队伍建设欠稳定等。因此,必须完善狱内侦查的相关法律规定,赋予侦查权的完整性和可操作性;树立"大狱侦""预防为主"观念,树立情报导侦理念,构建高效的情报信息网络,并在组织架构、队伍建设方面加强改革。Among the challenges in scout inside prison,there are prominent problems in.determination of the investigation right in prison,intelligence information network,structure and team -building.Thus,it is necessary to improve the legal provisions related to the investigation in prison for its integrity and practicability.Accordingly, the concept of "investigation in prison prevention first"and "intelligence -led policing"will promote the efficient intelligence information network and reforms in structure and team-building.
