摘 要:利用冬闲田种植牧草或饲料作物是解决优质粗饲料不足的有效途径。本研究在冬闲田种植15个小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品种,比较了其蜡熟初期的干物质产量、营养成分含量和青贮发酵品质,为将来的品种选用提供依据。15个参试小麦品种株高49.5~75.3cm、干物质产量3.30~6.69t/hm^2,干物质消化率55.02%~63.84%,粗蛋白含量7.48%~9.62%;其中石麦1号和郑引1号干物质产量最高,分别达到6.69t/hm^2和6.57t/hm^2,显著高于其他小麦品种(P <0.05); HYN的相对饲用价值显著高于除徐麦856以外的其他品种(P <0.05);小麦青贮后,石麦1号、郑引1号和HYN的pH值在4.4以下,而其他小麦品种都高于4.4,且三者乳酸含量也较高。考虑15个品种的综合特性,石麦1号和郑引1号最适合在华南地区种植。Using winter fallow fields to grow forage crops is an effective way to solve the shortage of high quality roughage.In this study,15varieties of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)were planted in winter fallow fields,and their dry matter yields,nutrient contents and silage fermentation quality at wax ripening stage were compared,in order to provide the base information for choosing good varieties in practice. The plant heights,the dry matter yields,dry matter digestibilities,trude protein contents of 15wheat varieties tested were 49.5~75.3cm, 3.30-6.69t/hm^2,55.02%~63.84%,7.48%~9.62%,respectively.Shimai 1and Zhengyin 1had the highest dry matter yield among these wheat varieties (P <0.05),which reached 6.69t/hm^2 and 6.57t/hm^2,respectively.The relative feeding value of HYN was significantly higher than other wheat varieties except Xumai 856(P <0:05).After ensiling,the pH values of Shimai 1,Zhengyin 1and HYN were below 4.4,while other varieties were higher than 4.4,and the contents of lactic acid in Shimai 1,Zhengyin 1and HYN sialges were also higher.Considering the comprehensive characteristics of 15varieties,Shimai 1and Zhengyhu 1were best for planting in south China.
