摘 要:本研究将生长一致的3个扁穗牛鞭草采用不同浓度CaCl_2溶液处理后,对其进行4℃低温胁迫,研究不同浓度外源Ca^(2+)对各材料根保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,在低温胁迫下,扁穗牛鞭草根内SOD、POD、CAT活性变化趋势总体表现为先升高后降低,适宜浓度的Ca^(2+)能提高扁穗牛鞭草根内保护酶的活性,提高其抗寒性,10mmol/L CaCl_2处理能提高材料1和2扁穗牛鞭草根内保护酶活性,15mmol/L CaCl_2处理能显著提高材料3扁穗牛鞭草根内的保护酶活性。Three species of consistent growth of Hemarthria compressa plants which was dip in the different concentration of CaCl2 solutions on the condition of 4℃,experiment to indicate the roots antioxidant enzymes activities changes in different exogenous calcium.The results showed that:The changes of SOD,POD,CAT activities in root were increased firstly and then decreased at low temperature stress. Suitable concentrations of Ca^2+ could increase the materials cold resistance by the increasing SOD,POD and CAT activities.Antioxidant enzyme activities in root of materials 1and 2were significant improved by dip in the Ca^2+ at 10mmol/L,and 15mmol/L of the materials 3.
