摘  要:假俭草(Eremochloa ophiuroides)和结缕草(Zoysia japonica)是我国分布广泛的野生暖季型草坪草,为了充分了解在昆明的适应性,在干旱持续90d时,从草坪质量及叶绿素、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖等方面进行了综合比较。试验结果表明:在持续干旱下,游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖在假俭草中含量显著高于结缕草(P <0.05),叶片相对含水量(LRWC)和叶绿素含量显著低于结缕草(P <0.05),而丙二醛的含量差别不明显。从外观质量来看,假俭草和结缕草草坪在冬季的综合评分均大于5分,且差异不明显(P> 0.05),草坪外观质量可以接受。从生理指标的差别来看,假俭草的抗寒性优于结缕草,抗旱性不如结缕草,由于昆明地区旱季缺水的时间较长,在管理粗放的条件下建议选用结缕草。Centipedegrass( Eremochloa ophiuroides) and zoysiagrass( Zoysia japonica) are native warm-season turf-grasses species that widely distribute in China. In order to fully learn their adaptation in Kunming,resistance and turf quality were assessed based on visual turf quality and physiological parameters such as chlorophyll,MDA and proline,soluble sugar after being exposed to drought up to ninety-days in field. The results showed proline and soluble sugars content in centipedegrass were significantly higher than that in zoysiagrass( P <0.05); in contrast,LRWC and chlorophyll content were higher in zoysiagrass. Regarded to MDA concentration,no significant difference was observed between two studied species. Visual turf quality was acceptable for both species as their score were up to 5 and difference was not significant. From physiological differences above,it might conclude that centipedegrass had a greater tolerance to cold stress than zoysiagarss while zoysiagarss had a greater adaptation to prolonged drought. As drought in Kunming often lasts long period in dry season,it is better to plant zoysiagrass under lower maintenance.
