摘　　要：使用手工自蔓延焊接技术对40Cr钢进行初步焊接试验,对焊缝金属进行观察,发现焊缝金属中存在裂纹、夹渣、缩孔与缩松等焊接缺陷,结合焊接过程对缺陷产生原因进行了分析。40Cr steel is welded by manual Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis(SHS) welding, and then crack,slag inclusion,shrinkage cavity and porosity are observed in the seam.The yielding of all defects were analyzed of welding process.
