摘　　要：针对目前采用手持风动冲击扳手进行拆装钩尾框托板螺栓效率低、质量差、螺栓扭矩不准确、劳动强度大、作业环境恶劣的问题,研制一种智能拆装钩尾框托板螺栓装置,该装置由车架、减速增矩机构、旋转机构、步进电动机、浮动支撑导向机构、电动推杆升降装置、电磁吸盘机构、万向车轮式移动架、扭矩控制系统以及整体智能控制系统组成,具有能够实现自动拆装、螺栓扭矩精准、效率高等特点。For the current use of the hand-held pneumatic impact wrench,the bolts of the hook and tail frame are disassembled,the quality is poor,the bolt torque is inaccurate,labor high strength and poor working environment.Developed a smart disassembly hook-and-loop frame bolt device,which consists of a frame,a deceleration and torque-increasing mechanism,a rotating mechanism,a stepping motor,a floating support guiding mechanism,an electric push rod lifting device,an electromagnetic chuck mechanism,and a universal wheel,mobile frame,torque control system and integral intelligent control system,which realizes automatic disassembly and assembly,precise bolt torque and high efficiency.
