摘 要:针对高瓦斯突出煤层泥岩底板综掘面粉尘污染严重的问题,以及采用除尘器抽尘净化技术存在安全隐患和喷雾降尘耗水量不宜过大的实际情况,通过采用综掘面分段式注水、掘进机泡沫降尘及回风流粉尘浓度超限自动喷雾降尘等组成的综合防尘体系,经东林煤矿3402综掘面现场应用,取得了良好的降尘效果。掘进机司机位置处的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率分别达到95.8%和94.8%;机组后5m处分别达到93.8%和92.2%。工作面作业环境得到很大改观,确保了职工的人身健康和矿井的安全生产。Aiming at the problem of serious dust pollution and dust collector cleaning technology has the characteristics of safety hazard and the actual amount of spray water should not be too large,in fully mechanized excavation face with mudstone floor in the high gas outburst coal seam,the integrated dustproof system was been adopted.The integrated dust-proof system consisting of sectional water injection,roadheader foam dust reduction and return air flow dust concentration over-limit automatic spray dust reduction,and it has achieved good results in 3402 fully mechanized excavation facein Donglin coal mine.The dust reduction efficiency of total dust and respirable dust at the driver’s position of the road header reached 95.8% and 94.8%,respectively.The dust reduction efficiency of total dust and respirable dust at 5 m after the road header reached 93.8% and 92.2%.The working environment of the working face has been greatly improved,ensuring the personal health of the employees and the safe production of the mine.
