摘　　要：为了提高浮选精煤的脱水性能和回收效率,降低产品水分,屯兰选煤厂采用HMZG560/2000-U型压滤机对浮选精煤进行脱水回收。经过实际生产应用证明:HMZG560/2000-U型压滤机脱水效果较好.滤饼含水率降低,产品水分控制在20%左右,处理量加大,回收精煤量增加,完全满足生产工艺要求,效果明显。In order to improve the dewatering performance and recovery efficiency of flotation clean coal,and reduce product moisture,HMZG560/2000-U type filter press was used for dewatering recovery of flotation clean coal.After the actual production has proved that good HMZG560/2000-U filter press dewatering effect,reduce the moisture content of filter cake,moisture control in about 20%,processing volume increased,the recovery of coal increased,fully meet the requirements of the production process,the effect is obvious.
