摘 要:以瓦斯发电机传动系统主要结构件输入轴、离合器盘、行星架等为研究对象,基于ANSYS建立传动系统主要结构件有限元分析模型并对其在实际工况下的位移、应力特性进行仿真分析。仿真分析结果表明,瓦斯发电机传动系统主要结构件输入轴、离合器盘及行星架最大等效应力较小,按对应动态载荷进行计算安全系数大于2倍,通过分析为发电机传动系统主要结构件最大等效应力分布部位进行优化,减小发电机传动系统主要结构件应力集中,提高其使用寿命提供重要的理论依据。The main components of the input shaft,clutch plate and planet carrier of gas generator have been taken,as the research objects,the finite element analysis model for the main components of the transmission system was established based on ANSYS,and the displacement and stress characteristics of the system were simulated analysis.The simulation results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the input shaft, clutch plate and planet carrier for the main structure of the gas turbine generator drive system in coal mine are relatively small,and the safety,factor based on the corresponding dynamic load is more than twice.Based on the analysis of the main generator drive system structural parts provides an important theoretical basis to improve its service life of the maximum equivalent stress distribution,reduce the generator drive ,system ,stress concentration,of the main structural components.
