室温发泡硅橡胶的性能研究

摘　　要：室温发泡硅橡胶是在室温下发泡硫化而成的一种带孔的海绵状弹性体,具有较优的抗变形能力、抗震性能,且不易燃烧、燃烧产物无毒环保,近年来作为一种建筑填缝材料受到了越来越多的关注。本文采用3种不同黏度的端乙烯基硅油,分别与白炭黑在硅氮烷处理下制得加成型硅橡胶基料,并研究了端乙烯基硅油黏度、201硅油、发泡助剂、不同含氢比的含氢硅油等对室温发泡硅橡胶性能的影响。Room temperature foamed silicone rubber is a kind of porous sponge-like elastomer which is foamed and vulcanized at room temperature.It has excellent anti-deformation ability and seismic performance,it is not easy to burn,the combustion products are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.In recent years,it has received more and more attention as a construction joint material.Three kinds of different terminal vinyl-silicone oils were used to prepare the silicone rubber base with white carbon black in the treatment of silazane.And the influence of viscosity of the terminal vinyl silicone oil,201 silicone oil,foaming aid,and different hydrogen-containing silicone oil on the properties of room temperature foamed silicone rubber were studied.
