摘 要:番茄心室与果实大小和形状密切相关,心室越多,果实越大,越容易产生畸形果,直接影响番茄的产量和品质。为了探明番茄心室形成和调控机理,笔者归纳了番茄心室形成与环境、植物生长调节剂、自身遗传和基因的调控关系。低夜温、高营养水平促进心室的形成,弱光降低番茄心室数,灌水量、灌水频率都会影响番茄心室的形成;GA_3、B-9、BA、TIBA促进番茄心室形成,其中赤霉素作用最大;2,4-D抑制番茄心室形成,IAA和NAA则有减少心室数的趋势。调控番茄心室形成的基因有lc、WUS、fin、fab和CLV3,有2个调控途径;分别为WUS-lc途径和fin/fab-CLV3途径。Tomato locule is closely related to fruit size and shape, the more locule number, the bigger the fruitis, and then it is more likely to be malformation, which affects yield and quality of tomato directly. In order tofind out tomato locule formation and regulation mechanism, the author summarized the regulatory relationshipbetween tomato locule and environment, plant growth regulator, heredity and genes. Low night temperature andhigh nutrition level promote tomato locule formation, low light density decreases the number of locule, theirrigating amount and frequency also influence the locule formation. GA3, B-9, BA, TIBA promote the loucleformation, GA3 plays the most important role. 2,4-D inhibits the locule formation, IAA and NAA make thelocule number with a downward trend. The genes that regulate locule formation include lc, WUS, fin, fab and CLV3, and there are two regulation pathways, WUS-lc pathway and fin/fab-CLV3 pathway, respectively.
