国产PPH吻合器行选择性痔上黏膜切除术的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨运用国产PPH吻合器行选择性痔上黏膜切除术(TST)的临床疗效,将100例中、重度痔患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗组采用国产PPH吻合器行TST治疗,对照组采用专用吻合器行TST治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效和并发症。结果显示,2组患者在术后疼痛、尿潴留、出血、便秘、肛门坠胀、肛门狭窄等并发症方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).2组患者临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组住院总费用明显低于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,运用国产PPH吻合器行TST能够实现与专用TST吻合器一样的效果,而前者治疗的费用低廉,值得在基层医院推广。To explore the clinical efficacy of domestic PPH stapler being applied in tissue-selecting therapy stapler(TST),100 cases of mid-and severe hemorrhoids were divided .into treatment group(n =50,in TST using domestic PPH stapler)and control group (n=50,in TST using TST stpaler),then both clinical effect and complication were compared.As results ,in postoperative pain,uroschesis,bleeding,constipation, tenesmus of anus,and stenosis of anus,etc.,complications as well as clinical effect there were no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);only in total hospital cost,treatment group was significantly less than control one(P<0.05).Results show that in TST domestic PPH stapler has same clinical effect as TST special stapler,and less cost than the latter.It is worthy promoting in basic hospitals.
