优质护理联合微波照射对低位肛瘘患者术后创面愈合的效果观察

摘　　要：为观察优质护理联合微波照射对低位肛瘘术后创面愈合的效果,选取我院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的84例低位单纯性肛瘘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予优质护理,术后创面给予微波照射,比较2组患者术后创面疼痛、创面渗液、创面面积、创面愈合时间以及护理满意度。结果显示,观察组患者创面疼痛评分与对照组相比,在术后第3、6天明显降低(P <0.05);在术后第9、15天创面疼痛评分无明显差异(P>0.05);在创面渗液方面,观察组评分在术后第3、6、9、15天均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组创面面积在第9、15天均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面平均愈合时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度为88.29%,明显高于对照组的65.34%(P <0.05)。结果表明,采用优质护理联合微波照射可有效促进肉芽组织生长以及毛细血管再生,从而促进创面愈合、减少疼痛和渗液等症状,有利于提升患者信任度、依从性和对护理工作的满意率,值得临床推广。To observe the healing efficacy of top-quality nursing plus microwave radiation on postoperative wound-surface of low fistula in ano,84 cases of alone low anal fistula'who were admitted ancl received surgery(2017-02-2018-02)in author's hospital were randomly divided into control group(n =42,routine nursing)and observation one(n =42,top-quality nursing 7t-p.ostoperative microwave radiation),then both's postoperative wound-surface pain,exudation,area,and healing time,as well as nursing satisfactory degree were compared.As results,after surgery in pain score on the 3rd,6th day observation group was significantly declined than control one (P<0.05),but on the 9th,15th day there was no statistical differ'ence between the two groups (P >0.05);in exudation the score of observation group on the 3rd,6th,9th,15th day were all significantly lower than control one(P<0.05);in area on the 9th,15th day observation group was' significantly less than control one(P<0.05);in average healing time observation group was significantly shorter than control one(P<0.05);as well as in the satisfactory degree on nursing work observation groupwas significantly higher than control one(88.29%vs 65.34%,P<0.05).Results show that top-qualv ity nursing plus microwave radiation can effectively promote granulation tissue growth and capillary n eogenesis,so that heaIing of wound-surface,and reducing pain,exudation,thus'is helpful to uplift,patient's confidence in medical service,compliance,and satisfactory degree on nursing work.It is worthy of clinical popularization.
