摘  要:停建多年的工程项目重新续建时,由于适用设计规范的更新,新建与已建结构的连接等均需要妥善处理。对处于高烈度区的某超高层建筑续建工程,采取抗震性能设计方法对其已建成部分结构和续建结构方案进行整体分析和可行性论证。结果表明,拟采用的“钢管混凝土框架柱+钢框架梁+钢筋混凝土核心筒+角部支撑”的组合结构体系可行,在小震作用下既有结构构件能够达到抗震设防性能目标要求,在中大震作用下既有结构部分墙柱加固处理后可以达到抗震设防性能目标要求。When the project that has been suspended for many years is reconstructed, due to the update of the applicable design specifications, the connection between the new and existing structures needs to be properly handled. For the reconstruction project of a high-rise building in high earthquake intensity area, the performance-based seismic design method was adopted to carry out the overall analysis and feasibility demonstration of the completed partial structure and the reconstruction structure plan. The results show that the proposed structural system of "concrete filled steel tubular frame column + steel frame beam + reinforced concrete core tube + corner brace" is feasibility, the existing structural members can meet the requirements of seismic fortification performance under the action of frequently earthquake, and some shear walls and columns of existing structures can meet the requirements of seismic fortification performance after strengthening under the action of local fortification earthquake or rarely earthquake.
