摘 要:运用扫描电镜研究了连铸连轧8030铝合金杆在不同退火工艺下的微观组织结构演变,分析了退火温度和保温时间对抗拉强度、伸长率以及电导率的影响。结果表明:经连铸连轧后得到的8030铝合金杆芯部组织和表层组织差异大,从芯部到表层,再结晶程度逐渐升高;试样在250~450℃之间退火时,随着退火温度升高,铝合金杆的抗拉强度降低,伸长率和电导率增加,但是在不同的退火温度范围内,合金杆的拉伸性能和电导率的变化规律不存在差异;相对于退火温度,退火时间对铝合金杆性能的影响相对较小;试样在不同退火条件下的所有拉伸断口均有大量分布较为均匀的等轴状韧窝,韧窝底部看不到明显的夹杂物和第二相粒子,表明材料的主要断裂方式为韧窝型断裂。结合显微组织分析,确定经连铸连轧后得到的8030铝合金杆在350℃×2 h退火工艺制度下,综合性能最佳。Microstructure evolution of continuous casting and rolling (CC&R) 8030aluminum alloy rods annealed with different parameters was studied by scanning electron microscope and effects of annealing temperature and time on tensile strength,elongation and electrical conductivity(EC)were analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of the core and the surface of the aluminum alloy rods obtained after continuous casting and roiling are different.From the core to the surface of the samples,the recrystallization degree gradually increases. With the increase of annealing temperature between 250-450℃,the elongation and electrical conductivity of aluminum alloy rods are improved and the tensile strength decreases.However,the varying rule of the tensile properties and electrical conductivity of the samples exists differences within different annealing temperature ranges.Compared with annealing temperature,the effect of annealing time on the performances of aluminum alloy rods is relatively small.The all tensile fractures of different state samples are covered with a mass of equiaxed dimples and no obvious inclusions and second-phase particles can be observed at the bottom of the dimples,which suggested the main fracture mode of the material is ductile fracture.Combined with microstructure analysis,the aluminum alloy rods obtained after continuous casting and rolling have optimal comprehensive properties when annealed at 350℃ for 2h.
