摘  要:使用Thermo-Calc软件中的TCF8数据库计算出9Ni低温钢奥氏体组元含量和C、Ni元素在奥氏体中的质量分数,采用金相、TEM、XRD观察并测量两种工艺下的回转奥氏体大小、形态、分布及含量。最后通过拉伸试验及冲击试验对力学性能进行了对比。结果表明:相对于QT工艺,QLT工艺处理后的回转奥氏体含量更高,分布更为细小弥散,呈层片状,从而显著提高9Ni低温钢的韧性。The austenite content of 9Ni cryogenic steel and the mass fraction of C and Ni elements in anstenite were calculated by using Thermo-Calc software with TCF8database.The size,shape,distribution and content of reversed austenite under two heat treatment processes were observed and measured by metallography,TEM and XRD.Finally,the mechanical properties were compared by tensile test and impact test.The results show that compared with QT process,the reversed anstenite content is higher and its distribution is finer,more dispersive and layer shape after QLT process,so that the toughness of 9Ni steel is significantly improved.
