摘 要:通过动电位阳极极化、电子探针显微分析(EPMA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、光学显微镜和铁素体仪研究了固溶处理温度对超级双相不锈钢UNS S32750的耐点蚀性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明:随着固溶处理温度的升高,铁素体相的质量分数也随之增大;当固溶处理温度为1150℃时,试验钢可获得最佳的耐点蚀性能,其点蚀电位达到最高值;初始点蚀发生在靠近相界处的低点蚀当量的相中;当两相的点蚀当量相等时,点蚀在奥氏体相和铁素体相的相界处出现。Effect of solution treatment temperature on pitting corrosion resistance and microstructure of super duplex stainless steel UNS S32750was investigated by means of the potentiodynamic anodic polarization,electron probe micro analysis (EPMA),scanning electron microscope (SEM),optical microscope and feritscope.The results show that the mass fraction of the ferrite phase increases with increasing of the solution temperature.The most excellent pitting corrosion resistance of the tested steel is obtained when the solution treatment is performed at 1150℃,where the pitting corrosion potential has the highest value.The pits take place primarily at the phase with lower pitting resistance equivalent number near phase boundaries,while it occur preferentially at boundaries between austinate phase and ferrite phase when the two phases have comparable pitting resistance equivalent number.
