摘  要:研究了离子渗氮温度、渗氮时间对TA7钛合金的渗氮层的组织、动力学模型和硬度的影响。结果表明:TA7钛合金经离子渗氮后,渗氮层由化合物层(TiN+Ti2N相)+扩散层(α-Ti(N)相)组成。TA7钛合金经低温(T≤800℃)短时(t≤16h)渗氮时,渗氮层的主要变化为相结构的改变,但是渗氮层的深度随渗氮时间的变化不大。TA7钛合金离子渗氮前期16h内表面硬度显著地提高,可达基体硬度的2~4倍。TA7合金在渗氮温度T≥850℃,渗氮时间t=16h工艺下可得到较好的渗层组织和渗层硬度梯度。Effect of plasma nitriding temperature and time on microstructure,dynamical model and hardness of nitride layer of TA7titanium alloy were studied.The results show that the nitrided layer of TA7titanium alloy is consisted of compound layer(TiN +Ti2N)and diffusion layer (α-Ti(N))after plasma nitriding.When the nitrided temperature is below 800℃ and the nitride time is shorter than 16 h,the main change of the nitrided layer is the phase structure,but the depth of the nitrided layer changes a little versus the nitrided time.The surface hardness of TA7titanium alloy increases dramatically in the first 16h and reaches to 2-4 times of that of the base.TA7titanium alloy can get the better microstructure of the nitrided layer and the appropriate hardness gradient,which is treated with the process that the nitriding temperature is equal or greater than 850%and the nitriding time is 16 h.
