摘　　要：本文以建筑初步设计中门窗、材料、结构、设备统计的明细表及工程算量的统计计算为例,采用revit作为主要平台,探究分析BIM技术在建筑设计前期设计阶段明细表应用的优势。其具体技术过程包括revit明细表的功能操作、重点技术与要点等,显示出BIM在初步设计中的明细统计具有快速、准确的优势。In this paper, taking the statistical list of doors,windows, materials, structures, equipment and engineering calculation in preliminary architectural design as an example.Taking Revit as the main platform, the advantages of BIM schedule technology in the initial stage of architectural design are explored. The specific technical process includes the functional operation, key technologies and key points of the Revit.It shows that the detailed statistics of BIM in the preliminary design has the advantage of speed and accuracy.
