刘完素论消渴理论框架解析

摘　　要：通过相关文献系统梳理刘完素论治消渴的中医理论框架结构,从病因病机、辨证论治等方面分析总结刘氏论治消渴的内在理论体系。病因病机方面,从玄府出发,将消渴的病理机制归于“燥热”,并阐述了消渴并发症的病机;辨证论治方面,以泻实补虚为原则,提出了“泻心火、除胃热、补肾水”的基本治法,主张三焦论治,开后世之先河。刘完素论治消渴,见解独到,为后世医家提供了新思路。Through the relevant literature systematically combing LIU Wansu on the theory of TCM theoretical framework structure of diabetes,from the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and other aspects to analyze and summarize the internal theory of LIU's treatment of diabetes.Etiology and pathogenesis,starting from the Xuanfu,the pathological mechanism of diabetes were classified as "dryness-heat"and elaborated the pathogenesis of diabetes complications;syndrome differentiation based on the principle of reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess,proposed "reducing heart-fire,eliminating stomach-heat and nourishing kidney-water"the basic rule of law,advocating triple energizer treatment, creating a precedent rule.LIU Wansu on the treatment diabetes,insights unique,provides a new idea for future generations of physicians.
