自拟补肾活血育精方治疗肾虚血瘀型少弱精子症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾活血育精方治疗男性少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:将60例少弱精子症患者随机分为治疗组(口服补肾活血育精方)和对照组(口服五子衍宗丸),每组30例,3个月为1个疗程,分别于治疗前后对每位患者精液质量参数分析和综合疗效评价,疗程结束后1个月随访患者全身情况。结果:经过3个月的治疗,治疗组治疗前后精子浓度、精子前向运动(PR)百分率差异均有显著性统计学意义(Z分别为-5.027、-4.894,均P<0.01),存活率比较亦有显著性统计学意义(t=-5.927,P<0.01);治疗后治疗组与治疗后对照组相比,精子浓度和PR百分率差异均有显著性统计学意义(Z分别为-2.661、-3.467,均P<0.01),存活率比较亦有显著性统计学意义(t=4.587,P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为76.67%,明显高于对照组总有效率50%(P<0.05),两组患者服药期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:补肾活血育精方治疗肾虚血瘀型少弱精子症疗效较好,有效提高了精子浓度、存活率和前向运动百分率。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Yujing Decoction in treating male oligoasthenospermia. Methods:Sixty patients with oligoasthenospermia were randomly divided into treatment group(oral Bushen Huoxue Yujing Decoction)and control group(oral Wuzi Yanzong Pill),with 30 cases in each group and one course of three months for treatment Before and after each patients' semen quality parameter analysis and comprehensive evaluation of efficacy,1 month after the end of the course of treatment of patients general condition. Results:After three months of treatment,the treatment group before and after treatment,sperm concentration,sperm forward movement(PR)percentage differences were staistically significant(Z = -5.027,-4.894,all P <0.01),the survival rate was also statistically significant(t =-5.927, P <0.01);after treatment the treatment group compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences in sperm concentration and the percentage of PR(Z = -2.661,-3.467,all P <0.01), the survival rate was also statistically significant(t =4.587,P <0.01);the total efficiency of treatment group was 76.67%,significantly higher than the control group of 50%(P <0.05),there was no obvious adverse reactions in the two group. Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Yujing Decoction has the better effect on treating oligozoospermia with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis,and can effectively improves the sperm concentration,survival rate and percentage of forward movement.
