知母功用本草考证及现代药理认识

摘　　要：知母为中医临床常用药,应用历史在2000年以上,历代本草古籍对其均有收录。历代医家对知母的药性、功效认识深刻,在临床上对其应用广泛。知母所含活性成分主要为皂苷类、双苯吡酮类、木质素类、生物碱、多糖类、微量元素及大量黏液质等,具有抗炎、抗病毒、抑制血小板聚集、降血糖、降血脂等药理作用。其中知母的抗糖尿病作用是当下临床研究热点。Rhizoma Anemarrhena,a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,has been used for more than 2000 years. Doctors in the past dynasties have profound knowledge of the property and efficacy of Anemarrhena,and they are widely applied in clinic. The active ingredients of Anemarrhena asphodeloides are mainly saponins,diphenylpyrrolidones,lignin,alkaloids,polysaccharides,trace elements and a large amount of mucus,which have anti-inflammatory,antiviral,inhibition of platelet aggregation,hypoglycemic and blood lipid lowering. The antidiabetic effect of Rhizoma Anemarrhena is a hot topic in current clinical research.
