摘  要:国内某核电厂在大修时无刷励磁机转子电枢绕组出现直流电阻不平衡现象,通过测量数据分析和试验找到具体的脱焊点,并现场补焊修复合格。但励磁机转子电枢在现场放置及运行一段时间后,直流电阻偏差出现快速增长的趋势。将转子电枢返厂对故障点进行解剖,最终查明原因并对钎焊工艺过程进行了改进。DC resistance unbalance of the rotor armature winding in the brushless exciter took place during the overhaul of certain nuclear power plant at home.Sealing-off spots were found through data measurement and analysis as well as practical test,spot welding was done and qualified as ok after testing.But the DC resistance unbalance of the rotor armature winding re-occurred with rapidly increasing trend after the rotor armature being stored at site for a period time.Then,it was returned to manufacturer for dissection on the sealing spot,to find out the cause and improve the technological process of the soldering finally.
