摘 要:针对凡口铅锌矿厚大矿体一步骤采场采用分段回采分段充填采矿法出现的充填体质量差的问题,开展了二步骤采场采矿方法研究与回采过程安全稳定性分析。结合矿山开采技术条件和生产现状,通过方案优选确定二步骤采场采用机械化上向高分层充填采矿法,采场的稳定性尤其是采场侧帮稳定性的控制效果良好,采场的生产能力达到300t/d、损失率为3%、贫化率为5%,为二步骤采场回采的作业安全和区域稳定提供了技术支撑。In view of the poor quality of the filling body appeared after sectional mining and sublevel filling in the thick and largeore body in one-step stope at Fankou Lead-zinc Mine,the study of mining methods in two-step stope was carried out,and safety and stability of stopping process was analyzed.Combined with the mining technical conditions and production status,through the optimal selection of the schemes,the mechanized upward high stratified filling method was adopted in two-stepstope.The stability of stope,especially the stability of its lateral wall,was well controlled.The production capacity of the stopereached 300t/d,the loss rate was 3%,and the dilution rate was 5%.It provided technical support for operation safety and regional stability of the two-step stoping.
