摘  要:在程潮铁矿西采区上方存在有充填体以及采场上部有崩矿过程中产生的松散体的复杂采场环境下,对程潮铁矿西采区-500~-570m水平之间的矿体进行崩落法采矿的不同回采顺序方案进行研究。用数值模拟的方法,以回采巷道群在采矿扰动作用下巷道顶板和底板的收敛情况作为判据,进行合理回采顺序的方案设计优选。根据多层巷道同步开采时上下层间错开巷道个数不同,共有4种方案。考虑到巷道交叉部位由于形状突变,容易出现应力集中现象,对每种方案巷道薄弱部位设置监测点,通过对模拟开挖后监测点的位移对比得到,多层同时开采时,上、下层间错开巷道数多的方案四较另外3个方案更优。There were filling bodies in the western stope of Chengchao Iron Mine,and the loose medium was produced upon the stope during the process of ore caving.For these complex conditions,the extraction sequence of caving production between the -500^-570 meters level in this area was investigated.Taking the convergence conditions of roadway roof and floor as criterions under the mining disturbance on the roadway groups,the reasonable extraction sequence schemes were optimized and selected by numerical simulation.According to different numbers of stagger roadways in upper and lower layers when the multilevel roadways were synchronously mined,four different schemes of extraction sequence were proposed.Because of the shape change in the intersecting part of roadways,the stress concentration easily appeared,so the monitoring points should be set in the weak part of roadway.By contrastive analysis on the displacement of monitoring points before and after roadway extraction,it was found that the No.4scheme was the best,namely the scheme with the greatest number of stagger roadways in upper and lower layers.
