摘 要:为减少内蒙某矿山由人因失误所带来的矿山危害,参考已有煤矿安全评价指标体系的研究成果,针对该矿的实际情况,从人员身体、心理、安全教育程度、安全态度和安全操作4个方面建立评价体系,对该矿人因失误安全进行研究,采用粗糙集条件信息熵的数据处理方法确定人因失误指标的权重,再根据模糊集合的思想对评价体系进行综合评判,结果显示:该矿山的员工整体文化程度、工作态度等对矿山影响较大,应当加大员工知识培训、加强违规操管理等工作。In order to reduce the mine hazards caused by human errors in a mine of Inner Mongolia,referring to the research results of the existing mine safety evaluation index system,and aiming at the actual situation of the mine,an evaluation system was established from four aspects,including physical,psychological,safety education level,as well as safety attitude and operation.The human errors in mine safety were studied.Data processing method of rough set condition information entropy was used to determine the weight of human error indexes.And then,the evaluation system was comprehensively evaluated according to the idea of fuzzy set.The results showed that the overall education level and work attitude of the employees in the mine had a great impact on the mine,so the knowledge training of the employees and the management of violations should be strengthened.
