摘  要:目的探讨健康人群血清1,25羟维生素D_3水平与动脉僵硬度的关系。方法收集体检且行肱踝脉搏波传导速度(BaPWV)和血清1,25羟维生素D_3检测的1 200名健康体检者的人口学、BaPWV和实验室检查信息。Pearson相关分析和多元线性回归分析研究血清1,25羟维生素D_3与BaPWV的相关性。结果 1,25羟维生素D_3与BaPWV存在负相关关系;在性别、年龄、BMI、总胆固醇、吸烟和体力活动各亚组中均存在1,25羟维生素D_3与BaPWV之间的负相关关系;校正可能的混杂因素后,1,25羟维生素D_3与BaPWV的独立负相关,是动脉僵硬的独立保护因素(β=-1. 85,95%CI:-2. 97,-0. 74)。结论健康人群1,25羟维生素D_3与动脉硬化密切相关。Objective To explore the relationship between serum 25 - hydroxyvitamin D3 and arterial stiffness in healthy. Methods This was a single center cross section study. A total of 1200 subjects who participated in a health check - up program and conducted a BaPWV and 25 - hydroxyvitamin D detection were included in the study. Demographic,BaPWV and lab measurement data were extracted by health documents. Pearson correlation and multivariate linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between 25 - hydroxyvitamin D3 and BaPWV. Results 25 - hydroxyvitamin D3 was negatively associated with BaPWV by Pa ( P<0. 05) by pearson analysis; in the subgroup of sex,age,BMI,total cholesterol,smoking status and exercise,body mass index,uric acid and total cholesterol, 25 - hydroxyvitamin D were consistently and negatively associated with BaPWV; serum 25 - hydroxyvitamin D3 was negatively associated with BaPWV ( β = - 1. 85,95% CI: - 2. 97,- 0. 74) , independent of other confounders. Conclusion Serum 25 - hydroxyvitamin D is associated with arterial stiffness in healthy subjects.
