摘 要:介绍了一种新型液压式枝丫材打捆机的结构、工作原理及作业流程,分析计算枝丫捆的外形尺寸、压缩率、最大压缩力等主要力学参数,对样机的压缩系统、液压控制系统、打带系统、锯截系统、PLC自动控制系统等关键结构进行阐述。通过样机性能试验,系统各项功能达到设计要求,样机具有结构设计合理、运行稳定可靠、环境适应性强、自动化程度高、打捆质量好、作业效率高等特点。该样机对含水率31%的樟子松枝丫材,捆的压缩率达75%,压缩密度311 kg·m^(-3),作业效率18~20捆·h^(-1)(1. 8 m长),捆的外形及捆带强度等均能满足运输、储运条件。同时指出样机试验中所存在的问题及需改进完善的结构等,为样机的进一步研发奠定基础。该样机的研发为我国林业机械又增加了一种新产品,为林业机械及相关技术研究提供借鉴。In this paper,the structure,working principle and operation flow of a new type of hydraulic branch baling machine are introduced.The main mechanical parameters,such as the shape size,compression rate and maximum compression force,analyzed and calculated,the compression system,hydraulic control system,band system,sawing system,PLC automatic control system and so on are applied to the prototype.The key structure is introduced.Through the performance test of the prototype,the functions of the system have reached the design requirements.The prototype has the characteristics of reasonable structure design,stable and reliable operation,strong environmental adaptability,high automation,good quality of bundling and high efficiency.The sample has a compression rate of 75%,a compression density of 311 kg ·m ^-3 and a operation.efficiency of 18 -20 bundle ·h^-1 (1.8 m length)when operating on the Mongolian pine branch that contains 31% moisture content,and the shape and intensity of the bundles can meet the transportation and storage conditions.The paper also points out the problems existing in the prototype test and the structure needed to be improved,so as to lay the foundation for further research and development of the prototype.The research and development of this prototype has added a new product to China's forestry machinery,which provides a reference for forestry machinery and related technology research.
