摘　　要：数字温度指示调节仪(配热电偶或热电阻)被广泛应用于化工、轻工、纺织、冶金、医疗、农业、机械、科研等领域,用于对温度的测量和自动化控制,也可用于对压力、流量等其他物理量的显示和控制。本文通过建立测量模型,对可能影响数字温度指示调节仪(以配热电阻为例)测量结果的各种不确定来源进行了分析,并对其测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。The digital temperature indicators and controllers are widely used in chemical industry,light industry, textile industry,metallurgical industry,medical industry,agricultural industry,mechanical industry,scientific research and so on.They can be used not only for temperature measurement and automatic control,but also for the display and control of pressure,flow and other physical parameters.By establishing the relative mathematical model,the sources of uncertainty which may affect the measurement results of the digital temperature indicator and controller are in the paper.In addition,the evaluation process of uncertainty is introduced in detail analyzed in the paper.In additi(m,the evaluation process of uncertainty is introduced in detail.
