摘 要:为了系统分析山西省谷子地方品种的表型遗传多样性,以5627份山西省谷子地方品种为材料,以《中国谷子品种资源目录》、《中国谷子遗传资源目录》和《中国谷子及其粟类作物品种资源目录》中记录的17个数量和质量性状为基本数据,进行遗传多样性评价。结果表明:山西谷子资源主要分布于大同、忻州、吕梁、晋中、长治5市,占全省资源的75.7%;90%谷子资源为粳性;运城、晋城谷子资源遗传多样性最大。山西谷子资源的苗色、穗型、粒色类型丰富,涵盖了中国谷子资源的基本类型;山西谷子种资源遗传多样性大,类型多,优异资源丰富,为谷子种质创新和分子生物学研究积累丰富的物质基础。To analyze the phenotypic diversity of local foxtail millet in Shanxi, 5627 accessions of local foxtail millet are used as materials, 17 quantitative and qualitative characters recorded in Catalogue of Chinese Millet Varieties, Catalogue of Chinese Millet Genetic Resources and Catalogue of Chinese Millet and Its Millet Crop Varieties, are used as basic data, and the genetic diversity is evaluated. The results show that Shanxi foxtailmillet resources are mainly distributed in Datong, Xinzhou, Lvliang, Jinzhong and Changzhi, and whichaccount for 75.7% of the total resources in Shanxi Province. 90% of the foxtail millet resources are Japonica,and the genetic diversity in Yuncheng and Jincheng is the maximum. Shanxi foxtail millet resources haveabundant seedling color, panicle type and grain color type, and represent the basic types of China foxtail milletresources. Shanxi foxtail millet germplasm resources have abundant genetic diversity, types and excellentresource, and can provide the material foundation for foxtail millet germplasm innovation and molecular biology research.
