摘 要:为建立一种消解完全,同时测定茶叶中多种无机元素的方法,采用样品全自动消解前处理系统消解茶叶样品,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定13种茶叶样品及国家标准样品中的磷、钾、钙、镁、硫、铁、锰、铜、锌9种元素。结果表明,此方法的线性相关系数在0.996~0.999之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。该方法简便、快捷。In this paper,a method for the determination of various inorganic elements in tea was explored.The contents of nine elements,including P,K,Ca,Mg,S,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in thirteen kinds of tea leaves were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP- AES).Tea samples were digested by automated sample digestion.The results showed that linear correlation coefficient(R) of this method was from 0.996 to 0.999,and a relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5.0%.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.Therefore,this method can be used as the determination of trace elements in tea samples.
