基于数据挖掘的糖尿病认知障碍用药规律的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对检索文献的分析研究,总结糖尿病认知障碍的用药规律,为糖尿病认知障碍的治疗提供客观依据。方法:计算机检索近20年中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据、中国中医药信息杂志数据库和中文科技期刊数据库上中药方剂治疗糖尿病认知障碍的文献,对筛选合格的文献提取并录入Excel表格,进行频次分析、因子分析和聚类分析。结果:符合要求的文献共有51篇,其中中医经典加减方剂18篇,临床经验方18篇,中成药及制剂方15篇,涉及56味药物,药物总次数417次。结论:滋阴药和补气活血化湿药是治疗糖尿病认知障碍的主要用药。Objective:This paper which based on the analysis and research of the literatures summarizes the medication rules of diabetic cognitive impairment to provide an objective basis for the treatment of diabetic cognitive impairment.Methods:Research the literatures of "CNKI","Wanfang Data","Chinese Journal of Chinese medicine information database" and "Chinese science and technology periodical database" about the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of diabetic cognitive impairment to select qualified literature extraction and input excel table.Then using frequency analysis,factor analysis and analysis clustering to analyse data.Results:There are 51 articles which meet the requirements,including traditional Chinese medicine prescription addition and subtraction of the 18 articles,the preparation of the clinical experience of the 18 articles,the preparation of Chinese medicine and the prescription of the 15 articles.It involves 56 drugs and the total number of drugs for 417 times.Conclusion:The main drugs for treating diabetic cognitive impairment are yin tonics and the drugs of tonifying qi and activating blood circulation and resolving dampness.
