摘 要:目的:观察舒洛地特联合红花黄色素对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及血脂水平的影响。方法:选取2015年1月—2018年5月期间四川省凉山州第二人民医院和广东省珠海市中西医结合医院收治的68例早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组:对照组34例(舒洛地特),观察组34例(舒洛地特+红花黄色素),比较两组治疗前后的血脂、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)及尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)变化。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后TG、TC及LDL-C明显下降,HDL-C明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C及HDL-C的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后UAER明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后的组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组eGFR、血肌酐及血尿素氮较治疗前无明显变化,观察组eGFR较治疗前上升(P<0.05),治疗后eGFR的组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒洛地特联合红花黄色素能明显改善早期糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能及血脂代谢。Objective:To study the effect of sulodexide combined with carthamin yellow on the renal function and blood lipid in DN patients.Methods:From January 2015 to May 2018,68 patients were chosen as study objects,and all of them were divided into two groups: 34 patients in control group(sulodexide) and 34 patients in study group(sulodexide combined with carthamin yellow).The changes in blood lipid,eGFR and UAER were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with those before treatment,TG,TC and LDL-C in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and HDL-C increased significantly and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the UAER of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in eGFR,blood creatinine or blood urea nitrogen in the control group.The eGFR in the observation group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups of eGFR after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sulodexide combined with carthamin yellow could alleviate the renal function and blood lipid in DN patients.
