摘 要:目的:建立尾叶香茶菜多指标HPLC指纹图谱,并应用一测多评法对药材中Kamebakaurin、excisaninA、rabdokunminC、Kamebanin四种二萜类成分的含量同时进行测定。方法:采用DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水(体积比23:77),流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长230nm,以Kamebakaurin、excisaninA、rabdokunminC、Kamebanin为指标性成分建立尾叶香茶菜药材的指纹图谱。以Kamebakaurin为参照内标,通过相对校正因子(fk/s)对excisaninA、rabdokunminC、Kamebanin进行含量测定。结果:建立了尾叶香茶菜多指标HPLC指纹图谱,标定了8个共有指纹峰。对尾叶香茶菜中4个成分用一测多评法进行了测定,其计算值与外标法实测值之间没有明显差异。结论:建立了尾叶香茶菜药材多指标HPLC指纹图谱和一测多评法对Kamebakaurin、excisaninA、rabdokunminC、Kamebanin进行同时测定的方法,该方法简便可行,为更全面合理地对尾叶香茶菜药材质量的评价提供了技术支撑。Objective:To establish the multi-indicator HPLC fingerprint of Rabdosia excisa and determine the contents of Kamebakaurin,excisanin A,rabdokunmin C,Kamebanin with quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker.Methods:Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and water(Va:Vw=23:77).The column temperature was at 25 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the fingerprint was detected at 230 nm.Kamebakaurin,excisanin A,rabdokunmin C and Kamebanin were choosen as marks of ingredients to establish HPLC fingerprint.Using Kamebakaurin as internal reference standard,the contents of excisanin A,rabdokunmin C and Kamebanin were determined according to the relative correction factor.Results:All tested samples contained 8 common peaks and there was no significant differences between the quantitative results of four ingredients of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker method and external standard method.Conclusion:The multi-indicator HPLC fingerprint and simultaneous determinations of Kamebakaurin,excisanin A,rabdokunmin C and Kamebanin with quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker were firstly studied.This method was simple and feasible,which would provide better technique support for the quality control of Rabdosia excisa.
