摘　　要：目的:探讨皮肤针放血拔罐联合极超短波治疗髌骨软骨病的临床效果。方法:选取2014年2月-2017年12月在本院治疗的112例髌骨软骨病患者,根据最终选取的治疗方案分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=52),对照组给予封闭疗法治疗,观察组给予皮肤针放血拔罐联合极超短波治疗,观察两组治疗疗效,采用Lysholm评分评估患者膝关节功能,采用等速肌力测试系统检测两组患侧膝关节屈伸肌群在60°/s角速度下峰力矩(PT)。结果:观察组治疗疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),其总有效率为96.67%;观察组治疗后Lysholm评分为(88.04±5.02)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后患侧伸肌群PT为(79.29±8.22)N·m,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗后患侧屈肌群PT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮肤针放血拔罐联合极超短波治疗髌骨软骨病有较好的效果,值得临床使用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dermal needle bloodletting cupping combined with ultra short wave treatment of chondromalacia patella.Methods:From February 2014 to December 2017,112 cases of patients with chondromalacia patella in our hospital were selected.The control group was treated with block therapy and the observation group was treated with skin needle bloodletting cupping combined with ultra short wave therapy.The curative effect of the two groups was observed.The Lysholm score was used to evaluate the function of the knee and the isokinetic muscle strength test system was used to detect the peak torque(PT) of the flexor and extensors of the knee joint in two groups at the speed of 60°/s angle.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 96.67%.The score of Lysholm after treatment was(88.04±5.02) scores in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The PT of extensor muscle of affected side in the observation group was(79.29±8.22)N·m,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the PT of Flexor muscle of the affected side between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dermal needle bloodletting cupping combined with ultra short wave treatment of chondromalacia patella has good effect,worthy of clinical use.
