摘  要:针对γ射线剂量增大时,硅光电倍增器(Si PM)剂量仪线性变差这一问题,利用实验数据拟合出Si PM剂量仪死时间,通过对计数率修正从而改善其用于γ射线剂量测量的剂量线性。实验结果表明,经过计数率修正的Si PM剂量仪不仅对其剂量上限处剂量线性得到较大改善,同时对测量不同能量γ射线源的剂量线性也得到较大改善,相对误差均由20%多减小到1%左右,可以更准确地测量辐射场中γ射线剂量。With the increase of the γ-ray dose in radiation field,the dose linearity of silicon photomultiplier dosimeter will become worse.In order to improve its dose linearity,it was proposed to use the experimental data to fit the dead time of SiPM dosimeter,and then correct the count rate to improve its dose linearity.The experimental results show that the dose linearity of the SiPM dosimeter was not only greatly improved at the upper limit of dose,but also greatly improved the dose linearity of the γ-ray source with different energy,the maximum relative error measured changes from 20% to 1% which can measure gamma radiation dose in radiation field more accurately.
