摘 要:采用标准源和模拟软件对空气总悬浮颗粒物样品γ能谱分析的效率刻度进行了研究。参考总悬浮颗粒物采样总量统计情况,取1 g、3 g、5 g、7 g、9 g模拟土壤标准物质制作了5个刻度源,用于分析不同采样量的效率刻度曲线差异。结果显示:无源效率刻度曲线与理论符合较好,效率值随能量降低逐渐增大,低能端可见自吸收造成的差异;两种曲线符合较好,标准源效率刻度曲线在高能端与无源效率刻度曲线基本重合,在低能端离散性稍大,在样品测量中应重点关注压样后的体积回弹造成的影响。The efficiency calibration of γ-ray spectroscopy analysis of airborne total suspended particulates was conducted using standard source and simulation software.With reference to the statistics of total suspended particulate sampling,take 1g,3g,5g,7g,and 9g simulated soil reference materials to make five calibration sources for analyzing the differences in the efficiency calibration curves for different sampling amounts.The results show that the simulation efficiency calibration curve is in good agreement with the theory,the efficiency value gradually increases with the decrease of energy,and the difference caused by self-absorption is seen at the low-energy end;the two curves are in good agreement,and are basically completely coincident at the high-energy end.the dispersion of the standard source efficiency calibration curve at the low energy end is slightly larger.The focus should be on the volume rebound after the sample is pressed In sample measurement.
