摘 要:改革开放以来,中国民办教育研究取得了巨大成就,研究内容涉及民办教育的由来、意义和属性等基本问题,民办教育法人制度、产权制度和税收制度等制度问题,民办教育发展阻碍、发展策略、保障政策等发展问题,民办教育管理、治理和分类管理等管理问题,民办学校教师队伍建设、权益保障、专业发展,以及学生管理、权益保障和学习问题等。40年来,中国民办教育研究已成为一个专门的研究领域,初步建立了民办教育理论体系,善于运用多种理论分析民办教育问题,注重对发达国家私立教育的研究,始终与民办教育政策和实践紧密结合,产生了大量有价值的理论观点;但也存在着对民办教育根本问题研究不够,对世界欠发达国家私立教育研究不足,本土化的民办教育理论研究不强,研究学理性欠缺,对一些重要问题没达成共识等问题。Great achievements have been made in the research on private education in China since the reform and opening-up.The private education research contents involve the origin,significance and attributes;system problems of legal person system,property right system and tax system;development problems of obstacles, strategies and security policies;management problems of administration,management and classified management, private school teachers'team building,rights and interests protection,professional development,and student management,rights and interests protection and learning problems.In China,over the past 40 years,private education has become a specialized research field,preliminarily established a theory system,using various theories to analyze the problem and the study of private education in developed countries,and has always been closely integrated with China's private education policies and practices,and a lot of valuable views have been produced. However,the research is not enough in the study of fundamental problems,research on the developing countries" private education is insufficient,and the study of local private education theory is not strong.The research lack of academic and theoretical,and some important issues haven't been reached consensus.
