摘  要:以新疆棉区农户微观数据构建二分类Logistic回归模型,从棉农特征、家庭禀赋、地理环境特征、社会关系和技术信息获取情况5个维度探索影响农业节水灌溉技术服务结构性失衡的主要因素。结果表明棉区农业节水灌溉技术服务的服务内容、供给服务主体和渠道存在失衡;影响其供需结构性失衡的因素各异,其中是否有信息服务协会对其影响显著。鉴于此,需从完善农技服务体系,创新服务模式等方面出发以缓解农业节水灌溉技术服务失衡。Based on the microscopic data of farmers in Xinjiang,this paper constructs two classified regression model and explores the main factors affecting the structural imbalance of agricultural water-saving irrigation technology from 5 dimensions of cotton farmers ’characteristics,including family endowment,geographical features,social relations and technical information acquisition. The results show that the service content,supply service subject and channel of agricultural water-saving irrigation technology in cotton-planting regions are unbalanced; the factors that affecting the structural imbalance of supply and demand are different; whether there are any information service associations has significant influence on them. In view of this,it is necessary to improve agricultural technology service system and innovative service mode to alleviate the imbalance of agriculture water-saving irrigation technical service.
