透明隔热玻璃涂料的建筑节能潜力的研究

摘  要:建筑玻璃的节能表现,一种改造方式是在其表面涂上透明的、隔热性能好的涂料,以此改变玻璃的热工性能,由此减少对建筑内空调制冷的能耗。通过研究数据显示,空调能耗的50%主要由建筑门窗传热引起。本文基于透明隔热玻璃涂料的角度,对其节能潜力进行分析,介绍建筑节能隔热玻璃材料和纳米透明隔热涂料(ATO、AZO/GZO),并对这些涂料制备和性能进行研究分析。With regard to energy-saving of building glass,one way is to coat its surface with transparent coating with good thermal insulation to change the thermal performance of glass,thereby reducing the energy consumption of air conditioning refrigeration in buildings.According to relevant research data,50% energy consumption by air conditioner is mainly caused by heat transfer from building windows and doors.Based on the perspective of transparent insulating glass coatings,this paper analyzes its energy-saving potential.Firstly,the building energy-saving insulating glass materials and nano-transparent insulating coatings (ATO,AZO /GZO)are introduced.Then the preparation and properties of these coatings are studied and analyzed.
