摘  要:目的:观察中药降糖方对2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂、炎症因子及中医证候积分的影响。方法:94例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组(44例)和观察组(50例)。两组患者均给予2型糖尿病常规治疗,对照组口服二甲双胍片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药降糖方。治疗2个月后,比较两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、血糖指标、脂代谢水平、炎性因子水平以及药物不良反应。结果:两组患者治疗后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖水平较治疗前显著降低,且观察组以上指标[(6. 32±1. 01)%、(6. 68±1. 09) mmol·L^(-1)、(6. 57±2. 02) mmol·L^(-1)]明显低于对照组[(7. 26±1. 09)%、(7. 46±1. 15) mmol·L^(-1)、(9. 21±2. 46) mmol·L^(-1)],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白平较治疗前显著降低,观察组[(1. 45±0. 28) mmol·L^(-1)、(4. 46±1. 24)mmol·L^(-1)、(1. 31±0. 26) mmol·L^(-1)]明显低于对照组[(1. 82±0. 49) mmol·L^(-1)、(5. 31±1. 32) mmol·L^(-1)、(2. 43±0. 35) mmol·L^(-1)],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者治疗后低密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前明显升高,观察组[(1. 47±0. 43) mmol·L^(-1)]高于对照组[(1. 32±0. 24) mmol·L^(-1)],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素6及超敏C反应蛋白水平较治疗前显著降低,观察组[(1. 94±0. 22)μg·L^(-1)、(20. 64±3. 21) ng·L^(-1)、(3. 51±0. 32) mg·L^(-1)]明显低于对照组[(2. 76±0. 28)μg·L^(-1)、(28. 12±3. 53) ng·L^(-1)、(28. 12±3. 53) mg·L^(-1)],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者治疗后易饥多食、口渴喜饮、气短乏力等中医证候积分较治疗前显著降低,观察组[(1. 15±0. 13)分、(1. 29±0. 27)分、(0. 85±0. 14)分]明显低于对照组[(1. 62±0. 24)分、(1. 83±0. 30)分、(1. 72±0. 21)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无�Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Jiangtang Prescription on blood sugar,blood lipids,inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: 94 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group ( 44 cases) and observation group ( 50 cases) . Both groups were given conventional treatment for type 2 diabetes, and the control group was given oral metformin tablets. The observation group was given Chinese medicine Jiangtang Prescription on the basis of the control group. After 2 months of treatment,TCM syndrome scores,blood glucose levels,lipid metabolism levels,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment,gly- cosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose levels were significantly lower in the two groups than before treatment,and the above indicators in the observation group[( 6. 32 ± 1. 01) %,( 6. 68 ± 1. 09) mmol·L^-1,( 6. 57 ± 2. 02) mmol·L^-1]were significantly lower than the control group[( 7. 26 ± 1. 09) %,( 7. 46 ± 1. 15) mmol·L^-1,( 9. 21 ± 2. 46) mmol·L^-1]. The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . After treatment,the total cholesterol,triglyceride,and high-density lipoprotein levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment. The observation group[( 1. 45 ± 0. 28) mmol·L^-1,( 4. 46 ± 1. 24) mmol·L^-1,( 1. 31 ± 0. 26) mmol·L^-1]was significantly lower than the control group [( 1. 82 ± 0. 49) mmol·L^-1,( 5. 31 ± 1. 32) mmol·L^-1,( 2. 43 ± 0. 35) mmol·L^-1]. The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . The levels of low-density lipoprotein in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment. The observation group [( 1. 47 ± 0. 43) mmol·L^-1]was higher than the control group [( 1. 32 ± 0. 24) mmol·L^-1]. The difference was statistical significance ( P < 0. 05) .
