射干及其方剂临床应用探讨

摘　　要：古代本草对于射干药性的记载不一致,但经过演变最终公认其药性偏寒。射干古代方剂应用研究发现,射干主要用于治疗喉部诸痛证及各种热证,并可治疗各种肿毒疔疮,以及由热毒积聚导致的瘰疬、痈疽等症。近代临床应用文献显示,射干主要应用于呼吸系统、消化系统等疾病的治疗,温热证临床应用较寒证更多。此外,射干在古代记载中存在严重的品种混乱现象,因此需要对古代文献进行梳理,并结合现代技术进行研究,同时根据古代方剂记载,挖掘其药用价值。The ancient materia medica has inconsistent records on the medicinal property of the blackberry lily rhizome,but after evolution, it is finally recognized that its medicinal property is cold. The application research of the ancient prescriptions of the blackberry lily rhizome found that the blackberry lily rhizome was mainly used for the treatment of various pains of the throat and various heat symptoms,and could treat various swollen acne,as well as scrofula and ulcer caused by the accumulation of heat. Modern clinical application literature shows that the blackberry lily rhizome is mainly used in the treatment of diseases of respiratory system,digestive system and otolaryngology oral system and so on. The clinical application of warm syndrome is more than that of cold syndrome. In addition,the variety of blackberry lily rhizome has serious confusion in the ancient literature,so it is necessary to sort out the ancient literature,study it with modern technology,and excavate its medicinal value according to the records of ancient prescriptions.
