温和灸“阳光普照”区治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎

摘　　要：目的:观察"阳光普照"区选穴应用温和灸治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合诊断标准的常年性过敏性鼻炎患者86例,随机分为两组,对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组按"阳光普照"法选穴应用温和灸治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者血清免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin E,Ig E)水平、鼻结膜炎相关生存质量问卷(related quality of life questionnaire,RQLQ)评分、症状体征评分的变化,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组患者Ig E水平显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组RQLQ评分、症状体征评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组显效率(72. 73%)明显高于对照组(52. 38%)(P <0. 05)。结论:温和灸"阳光普照"区穴位治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎,可以明显降低患者血清Ig E水平,减轻相关症状,改善生存质量,临床疗效确切。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of moderate moxibustion in treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis by selection of acupoints in " sunshine" area. Methods: 86 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with moderate moxibustion for 3 courses according to the method of acupoint selection on " sunshine" area. The levels of serum immunoglobulin ( IgE) , related quality of life questionnaire ( RQLQ) and symptom scores were observed in the two groups. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: After treatment,the IgE level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . The RQLQ and symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . The apparent efficiency of the observation group ( 72. 73%) was significantly higher than that ( 52. 38%) in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: The treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis with moderate moxibustion by acupoint section on " sunshine" area can significantly reduce the serum IgE level,alleviate related symptoms,improve the quality of life,and the clinical curative effect is significant.
