摘　　要：目的:评价穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的有效性和安全性。方法:以变应性鼻炎、过敏性鼻炎、鼻鼽、穴位埋线、随机对照试验、随机等为检索词检索国内外相关数据库,以随机对照临床试验为纳入标准,治疗组为穴位埋线,对照组为穴位敷贴或者药物治疗;以鼻部症状评分、生存质量评分、复发率为评价指标,其中以改善症状有效率为第一结局指标。结果:共纳入7个临床研究,对于采用穴位敷贴和药物作为对照组进行分组使用Rev Man5. 3软件进行Meta分析。Meta分析结果表明穴位埋线比常规药物或者穴位敷贴治疗有效率优势显著,差异具有统计学意义{95%CI[2. 35,6. 68],P <0. 05}。结论:穴位埋线能改善变应性鼻炎的症状,但对于疾病实验室指标的改善还需要更多的更大样本的研究进行验证,在国内开展高质量、内在真实性良好的相关随机对照试验非常必要。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of allerigic rhinits. Methods: Retrieving relevant databases at home and abroad using allergic rhinitis,rhino,acupoint catgut embedding,randomized controlled trial,random as search terms,randomized and controlled clinical trials were included as inclusion criteria. The treatment group was given acupoint catgut embedding treatment,and the control group was given acupoint application or drug treatment. The nasal symptom score,quality of life score,and recurrence rate were used as evaluation indicators,and the improvement of symptom efficiency was used as the first outcome index. Results: A total of 7 clinical studies were included. For the use of acupoint catgut embedding and drugs as a control group,used RevMan5. 3 software for meta-analysis. Meta-analysis results show that the acupoint catgut embedding has a significant advantage over conventional drugs or acupoint application,and the difference is statistically significant{ 95%CI[2. 35,6 . 68],P < 0. 05} . Conclusion: acupoint catgut embedding can improve the symptoms of allerigic rhinits,but the improvement of disease laboratory indicators requires more large-scale research to verify,and it is necessary to carry out highquality, inherently authentic randomized controlled trials in China.
