快速康复理念在腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者术后恢复中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析快速康复理念在腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者术后恢复中的应用。方法选取泸州市中医医院自2017年2月至2018年2月行腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的患者102例,随机分为对照组(51例)和研究组(51例)。对照组术后给予常规护理,研究组术后给予快速康复护理,2组均护理至患者出院。观察2组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、疼痛持续时间及疼痛程度,统计患者出院时的护理满意率。结果研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次进食时间和疼痛持续时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组的视觉模拟(VAS)评分显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组护理满意率(88.24%)显著高于对照组(72.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念应用可有效促进腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,降低术后疼痛程度,促进患者术后恢复并提高护理满意率,效果优于常规护理。Objective To analyse the application of fast track concept in postoperative recovering of patients with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Methods 102 cases of inguinal hernia patients undergoing laparoscopic repair were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=51)and the study group (n=51).The control group was given postoperative routine nursing care,while the study group was given the postoperative fast track concept nursing care.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the constant time of pain,and pain degree of two groups were observed postoperatively.The rate of satisfaction to the nursing care was counted when the patients discharged.Results The time of bowel sound recovering, first flatus,first food intake,and constant pain in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.01).The visual analogue scale (VAS)score of the study group was lower than that in the control group significantly (P<0.01).The rate of satisfaction to the nursing care in the study group (88.24%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.55%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of fast track concept in postoperative recovering patients with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair can promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients,reduce the degree of pain,promote the postoperative recovery, and improve the rate of satisfaction to the nursing care.The effect is better than routine nursing care.
