摘 要:振弦式渗压计是坝体渗流监测或库区、河流水位监测的主要传感器之一,其测值的准确度直接影响对坝体安全的评估,因此渗压计测值的准确性和稳定性至关重要。温度影响系数较大一直被认为是影响渗压计测值准确性和稳定性的重要原因,也是提升渗压计品质的关键技术。综合分析了振弦式渗压计的温度影响因素,包括材料线胀系数、敏感部件的工艺处理及灵敏度等,并针对上述影响因素提出了相应的解决办法,对渗压计进行改进。经试验及实践应用表明:改进后的振弦式渗压计具有较低的温度影响及较高的测值准确度。Vibrating wire osmometer is one of the main sensor of dam seepage monitoring or reservoir,river level monitoring.The accuracy of the measured values directly affect the assessment of the safety of the.dam,so longterm stability and accuracy of osmometers measured value is essential.Large temperature effect coefficient has been considered the main factor which influence accuracy and stability of measured value of osmometers,and also the key technologies to enhance the quality of the osmometers.Comprehensively analyze on temperature influencing factors of vibrating wire osmometers,including material linear expansion coefficient,technique processing and sensitivity of sensitive components and corresponding solutions for the above influencing factors is proposed,the osmometers is improved.Experiments show that the improved vibrating wire osmometers has low temperature effects and high accuracy.
