摘  要:针对目前永磁磁轭式钢丝绳检测传感器体重大和不利于狭小空间操作的不足,提出了基于周向积分磁化的钢丝绳漏磁检测方法,优化设计了周向积分磁化器、磁敏感单元及传感器整体结构。通过试验测试验证:设计的传感器可以准确地识别钢丝绳不同类型的损伤。总体表明:设计的钢丝绳漏磁检测传感器具有体积小、重量轻、易于操作和检测可靠性好的特性。Aiming at the current shortage of heavy body weight of permanent magnet magnetic yoke wire rope detection sensor and is not conducive to the operation in small space,a method for magnetic flux leakage detecting of steel wire rope based on circumferential integral magnetization is proposed,circumferential integrating magnetizer,magnetic sensitive element and overall structure of sensor are optimally designed.Test results show that the sensor can accurately identify different types of steel wire rope damage.It is shown that the magnetic flux leakage sensor of steel wire rope has the characteristics of small size,light weight,easy operation and good detecting reliability.
